Clients wanted to take their two toddlers on a 22-day memorable family trip to Chile in honor of their grandfather. They were tasked with how to travel to such a vast destination with the right mix of adventure and luxury and with such young children.
What We Designed:
We curated a full custom itinerary which included northern and southern Chilean regions such as: Santiago, Atacama, Chiloe Island, the Northern Lake regions and final relaxing stay in Pichilemu for surfing - one of Brad's favorite activities. Special unique experiences for both the children and parents were included such as an interactive street art tour during a day trip to the quaint town of Valparaiso where the kids were able to leave their own "mark" and a private tour experience with indigenous penguins of Chiloe.

After reviewing the flights client had already booked we designed a seamless experience for airport arrivals and transportation. Clients were booked at our preferred partner hotel the beautiful Ritz Carlton Mandapa and we arranged for a surprise romantic welcome.

Tiffany saved us a missed connection because she caught that we had mistakenly booked a flight for the wrong day. She then saved us hours by arranging airport transfers and VIP accompaniment through immigration and customs. Finally, she saved us some money, as we were treated like royalty without having to spend the money for upgrades, special desserts and bottles of wine!
