LaVon Travel & Lifestyle is a luxury travel firm and lifestyle advisory, thus as with any other professional service we charge fees for our expertise and time. We believe in quality over quantity which is why we work with with a small portfolio of clients to deliver a high-touch service. We maintain full transparent when it comes to your travel investment. Our clients are our top priority and thus we deliver unbiased and personalized travel advice, which is based on your personal travel needs and interests - not influenced by any nominal commissions we may receive through our industry partners. Every supplier we recommend has been personally vetted through first hand experience.

BESPOKE ITINERARY DESIGN
We are well sought after for our creative travel design and this is our signature service for those seeking a custom trip designed with their specific style and interests in mind. No two travelers are the same and neither should your experiences be. By enlisting our professional services you will receive an exquisite custom-tailored itinerary which will be excecuted flawlessly. During the design process we access our global network of destination partners, preferred suppliers and our “little black book” of personal contacts to curate a highly personalized itinerary - collaborating with you at each stage, until it is exquisitely you. This is most of our client's initial experience prior to becoming as a Bespoke Private Client.
Design & Consult Fee
Includes: Custom itinerary design, end-to-end travel support, booking management, flight and concierge services
$800 per initial week of travel (up to 4 travelers)
$50 per additional traveler (up to 8)
$50 per additional travel day (up to 14 days)
Additional fees may apply for last minute requests made within 45 days of departure. This will be advised at time of consult.

Our Private Client Program ensures unlimited access to all travel planning and lifestyle concierge services on an annual basis. This our core service, designed to elevate the unique vision of how you want to live your life and the experiences that create fulfilling moments. You will have an in-depth personal travel portfolio curated, that will provide a long-term blueprint for you and your family’s on-going exploration of the world plus life's best experiences.
Reserved for the discerning traveler who values the cost of service, quality, and efficiency. Whether handling travel, creating one-of-a-kind experiences, sourcing a hard to find luxury gift, accessing the best restaurants or vetting the perfect private staff for your family, we will operate as a true extension of your personal network whether at home, or abroad.
Annual Retainer starting at $1,750 per quarter

Fees covers the hours of research & planning that a bespoke trip entails. As each itinerary and trip is researched and crafted especially for you, there is a substantial amount of work involved upfront.
We understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to personalized service and thus our individual service concierge allows established clients the flexibility in choosing what works best for their needs.

Starting at $65 per booking
Hotel-only bookings, where the traveler has picked the destination, property and room category they desire, however they wish to access our preferred rates, exclusive promotions, amenities and other value added benefits from our preferred partners. Includes standard concierge services such as on-site activity bookings, ground transfers and COVID guidance.
Should you need assistance finding the perfect accommodation in a single destination there is an $275 research and consultancy fee.
River/ocean cruise-only bookings where the traveler has picked the destination, route and cruise company, however wishes to access additional negotiated amenities and other benefits through our preferred partnerships. Your booking will be expertly managed including activity, dining and shore excursions.
Pre/Post cruise custom itineraries can be designed in conjunction for additional fee.
Our private air desk can assist with global air travel for commercial domestic and international flights, with access to our private contracted fares through most major airlines. Fees include management of all ticket bookings, tracking, monitoring and flight assistance during travels with access to an after hours emergency support if needed.

$50 (single roundtrip)
$150+ (multi-destination or complex)
Domestic Ticket Fee: $75 per ticket
International Ticket Fee: $100 per ticket
COVID TRIP CONCIERGE
Starting $275 per itinerary
For those that have planned and booked their own itinerary, however would like professional assistance and support with COVID entry and travel requirements based on their destination(s).
Includes detailed up to date information on required testing, quarantine, forms, travel insurance and more. Where applicable, we can complete forms on your behalf to insure accuracy. Your trip will be monitored throughout the duration as well for any potential changes.

The travel landscape for the savvy business traveler has changed and managing the various intricacies of getting from one destination to another with ease can be stressful for your executive team and employees. We work with your company to make sure all travels including flights, hotels and ground transportation are executed seamlessly. Our preferred partner rates at hotels around the globe and exclusive benefits will ensure your executive team is always staying in style and as a VIP.

As part of our commitment to transparency we maintain a clear policy on cancellation and changes. The current travel landscape and pandemic has affected travelers and professionals alike. It may become necessary for you to cancel your travel plans due to unforseen circumstances or simply because your plans change. We are continuous advocates for our clients and will always leverage our strong industry relationships to secure the best financial outcome should you need to cancel. We highly recommend protecting your trip investment with an insurance policy. You may be able to add any travel service fees to your claim for potential reimbursement.
We face potential loss of revenue when bookings are cancelled, therefore we may charge a nominal cancellation fee to maintain a mutually respectful business relationship.
Fees are non-refundable and may be waived based on individual circumstances. Due to the typical lifestyle of most of our Bespoke Private Clients, we include up to four waived cancellations per year.
Custom Itineraries: $200 per confirmed traveler should trip be cancelled for any reason after initial deposit.
Hotels: $300 fee per confirmed room if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (hotels only).
Cruises: $300 cancellation fee per stateroom after initial deposit.
Flights: $50 (domestic) and $75 (international) per ticket for cancellation, reissue or exchange, in addition to any airline-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions.
Private Aviation: $300 per confirmed passenger
The above cancellation fees are in addition to any imposed supplier cancellation fees, which are outlined provided with each booking under supplier’s terms and conditions.
