BESPOKE TAILORED ITINERARY

We are well sought after for our creative travel design and custom trip planning - our signature service for those seeking memorable and unique experiences curated with their style and tastes in mind.  You will receive a custom-tailored itinerary designed in collaboration with our global partners and recommendations straight from our “little black book” of personal contacts.

 

We serve as your advocate through our 4 phase process to CONNECT, CURATE, CONFIRM, CELEBRATE

 

CONSULT & CURATE 

This initial phase is we we start to bring your trip vision to life. The process includes:

• Strategic consult to discover your trip goals plus on-going communication

• Collaboration and research with our vetted destination partners

• Design of a fully curated, custom tailored proposal for your journey

• Air travel and flight recommendations

• Best recommendations for accommodations, experiences, tours, in destination transportation, insurance and more

• Detailed program review to fully discuss itinerary, booking terms, pricing, insurance and possible changes

• Unlimited re-works of initial proposal until final approval

• Trusted industry pricing at NET rates (no hidden fees or mark-ups)

• Retainer starts at $700 per week of full or partial travel 

  • Up to five (5) travelers

  • Additional travelers: $75/per person/week (up to 10 max)

  • Example: 12 day program for 5 travelers would equal $1,400 retainer

  • Example: 12 day program for 7 travelers would equal $1,700 retainer

  • Late fees apply (see below)

CONFIRM & CELEBRATE 

At this phase you can choose to have us fully execute and manage your custom itinerary, which includes:

• Complete execution of approved itinerary on your behalf 

• Coordination, booking and management of all trip elements

• Confirmations and payments made with credit card authorization

• Management of complete trip logistics and itinerary elements

• Addition of special amenities and benefits where applicable

• One concierge service request per week of travel (ie restaurant reservation, theater tickets, spa appointments). 

  • Additional concierge requests available for a fee.

• Notification of special requests to suppliers (ie allergies, dietary restrictions, infant needs)

• Delivery of itinerary and all travel documents via personal web link and mobile app which will include:

  • Complete custom itinerary access via web, personal mobile app and client portal

  • Relevant destination guides and information (ie what to pack, weather, currency, etc.)

  • In trip destination service and support details with 24/7 emergency contact information

• On-going trip support throughout entire process

• Post trip review and feedback call so we can apply and enhance your future trips

• Itinerary booking & management fee: 12% of NET trip cost (not including flights)

HOTELS, RESORTS & VILLAS

Our savvy clients know the value of booking even a simple luxury hotel with us and sometimes that's all they need.  When booking your stay through us your hotel and resort experience is elevated and enhanced through privileged access to an array valuable benefits and amenities.

• Sourcing of availaibility, rates and non-published promotions for client pre-selected hotel

• Management of all booking logistics

• Access to exclusive amenities and preferred partner benefits such as:

  • Complimentary breakfast

  • Priority room upgrades

  • and much more....

• VIP status recognition with with on-site management

• Relaying of any special preferences or requests (ie cribs, bedding preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions etc.)

R&R: RESEARCH & RECOMMENDATION 

Sometimes you need a little assistance finding the perfect hotel option for in a destination that matches your travel style and preferences.  Take a little personal "R&R" and let us handle the rest with a personalized curated selection of options.

• Includes all of "Hotel Only" services plus:

• Personal consult to assist with selecting the right property choice for your destination

• Research + Recommendations: Custom quote for up to 3 properties based on your personal preferences 

• $300 per request | Late fees apply

VILLAS & EXCLUSIVE USE

Sometimes you want space, seclusion or more sustainable experiences.  We have extensive knowledge and access to some of the world's most unique accommodations which will allow you to experience the best in private travel. For those seeking the highest level of exquisite and bespoke.

• Collaboration with vetted villa management and exclusive use property partners to source well fitted options

• Complete booking and logistics management

• Coordinate and liaise with property concierge to plan activities and book additional preferences

• Flight services from our air desk or private jet partners

HOTELS & RESORTS UNLIMITED

For the passionate hotel lover who desires continuous access to the best of the best accommodations around the globe.

• Unlimited access to all hotel, resort, villa and exclusive use services only 

• Access to our proprietary self-booking preferred partner booking platform where you will be able to search, book properties directly and receive all exclusive amenities/benefits automatically.

• Personal booking support 

• 10% on Bespoke Tailored Itinerary

• Waived late request fees (for hotel services only)

• $3,000 per year

We offer ancillary concierge service to help elevate any experience.   Our strong global network, contacts and personal "black book" allow us to access the best in class lifestyle options such as:

We can work in collaboration with your personal/executive assistant as a knowledgeable extension. 

*In some cases our on ground partners will book restaurants as part of their service.  In this case there will not be a charge.

 

COMMERCIAL AIR  DESK

Our professional Air Desk at Coastline Travel can assist with air travel for domestic and international flights. We can access a variety of  flight solutions including all public fares as seen direct with carrier (or online). In addition we have exclusive contracted lower fares that are non-public on select international first/business class routes.

 

Coastline Travel will assess a per ticket fee for each ticket issued: $75 domestic | $100 international

 Air Desk services are only available in conjuction with Bespoke Travel Itinerary or for Bespoke Reserve Clients.  

 

The service includes:

• Research and pricing of best routing options

• Booking and complete reservation management

• Access to 24/7 emergency after-hours support 

• Management of any cancellations or changes

PRIVATE AIR

We offer private jet charter services through trusted and vetted partners. ​Should you desire to source a private flight option this fe is included in service for Bespoke Tailored Itinerary.

SPACE TRAVEL
